SHIPPING & RETURNS

What are the shipping delays for your products ?
Your orders are shipped from Lausanne, Switzerland. It usually takes around 24-48 business hours to package your order. This delay may vary during special promotions, new collections and sales, in which case you will be advised in advance via email. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and it will take another 24-72 hours for the parcel to reach you within Switzerland.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide. Please refer to the section shipping info for further details on shipping methods and costs.
Do you provide product tracking information?
Yes, 24-72 business hours after you've placed the order you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. If you chose a delivery method with tracking, you'll receive a tracking number. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
How can I return / exchange my item(s)? 

Please note that since the brand is on clearance, all items are now discounted by 40% to 70%. Please note that due to the clearance nature of this sale, all purchases are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and support.

ABOUT THE JEWELRY

What is your jewelry made from?
We mainly use 18Ct gold plated 925 Sterling Silver for gold items and 925 Sterling Silver for silver items. Some jewelry pieces are made from Stainless Steel (materials are specified in the description of each product). All our jewelry in nickel-free and is hypoallergenic.
The designs are made by Victoria in Lausanne, to either be manufactured by carefully selected manufactures or assembled in Switzerland. Jewelry materials are imported or manufactured mainly in/from Guangzhou (China), Hong Kong, India and Thailand.
How do I care for my jewelry item?
Gold-plated jewelry is very water resistant and will not oxidize in contact with salt or chlorine water. However, the gold plating might slightly fade within 1 year of use, you can follow a few easy steps to keep your items fresh and shiny. Read more about it in our jewelry care guide.
How do I know my size? 
All the sizes and lengths are mentioned in the description of the products (earring size, necklace length, etc). All the rings in my store are resizable / extendable meaning that they will fit any ring size within the indicated range.
Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?
We have a 2 year warranty on all the jewelry items including sale items. Please email us on hello@inbloom-collection.ch for any questions and I will take care of your request as soon as possible.
