Returns and Refunds policy

If you wish to proceed to an exchange or a refund/return of your order, please contact me via email at hello@inbloom-collection.ch and I will provide you all the information.

The return & exchange policy lasts:

    • Full-priced items: 30 days from the date of purchase, 14 days for earrings.
    • Sale items: 14 days from the date of purchase.
    • Customized items: cannot be returned or exchanged, thank you in advance for your understanding.
The jewelry items have to be physically returned before 30 days/14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, if this delay is exceeded, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
!!! Please note that any jewelry items that were tried on cannot be returned for hygienic reasons !!!
The indicators of the jewelry being tried on : the jewelry was taken out of the original box, the necklaces / bracelets / earrings were unbuckled (they are closed in a special way) 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
National orders (Switzerland)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24-48 hours.

International orders (Worldwide)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Please beware that paying the customs duties falls on the buyer, not the seller. If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties, the package will be returned to the sender, depending on the specific circumstances of the situation. If the package is returned to the sender, all the shipping fees will become the buyer's responsibility, therefore the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24-48 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items, sale items, or items discounted via a coupon code may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email at hello@inbloom-collection.ch and i'll help you out.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
