Shipping, Returns and Refunds policy
SHIPPING
Your orders are shipped from 1033 Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, in Switzerland (CH).
Swiss Shipping:
It usually takes around 24-48 business hours to pack your order and 1 business day for it to be delivered in Switzerland. This delay may vary during special promotions and sales, in which case you will be advised in advance via email or directly at checkout. Customers can choose a tracked and non-tracked* shipping method at checkout. Orders over 110.- CHF are automatically shipped with a tracking number. More on the national shipping delays here.
*If customers choose to have their items shipped without tracking, it is their responsibility to ensure that the package arrives safely. Without tracking, there is no way to monitor the package's progress or to locate it if it goes missing. Customers should be aware that they assume all risk and liability for packages that are shipped without tracking. It is always recommended to choose a shipping method with tracking to ensure a safe and successful delivery.
International Shipping:
It usually takes around 24-48 business hours to pack your order and 4-6 business days for it to be delivered in Europe and 6-8 business days worldwide. Please note that international orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation. As soon as your order is dispatched, I will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order. More on the international shipping delays here:
RETURNS
Please note that since the brand is on clearance, all items are now discounted by 40% to 70%. Please note that due to the clearance nature of this sale, all purchases are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and support!

The return & exchange policy lasts:
- Full-priced items: 14 days from the date of purchase
- Clearance items (40% off and up): not eligible for return/exchange
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
National orders (Switzerland)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24-48 hours.
International orders (Worldwide)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Please beware that paying the customs duties falls on the buyer, not the seller. If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties, the package will be returned to the sender, depending on the specific circumstances of the situation. If the package is returned to the sender, all the shipping fees will become the buyer's responsibility, therefore the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24-48 hours or less.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items, sale items, or items discounted via a coupon code may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items (30% OFF and more) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email at hello@inbloom-collection.ch and we'll help you out.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
